All payments will be processed in a secured part of the website, guaranteeing safety of your personal information.
Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email contains contact information and your order number. Should you have any questions about your order, please contact us at the given contact information in the e-mail and make sure to mention your order number. Our support team will reply to you within 2 working days.
Please make sure to keep this email as this is also your proof of payment. Should your product be defective, you will need the e-mail to file a warranty claim.
All products that are able to add to cart are on stock in our warehouse. This means we can immediately start processing your order to ship it to you as soon as possible. If you exceed the available stock level when adding products to your cart, the system will return an error notification and the quantity won’t be changed. If you want placing an order for more than 10 pieces and the stock level for a product is not sufficient, please use the form on the business page to let us know, so we can assist you.
Should you have a request to change your order, we kindly ask you to place an additional order for the new items and send us an e-mail with your request. You can find the contact details in the order confirmation e-mail.
